This watershed planning exercise is scheduled to start in 2020 or early 2021. The Watershed District and Municipal  partners are primed to start this consultation process. This watershed begins above the Manitoba Escarpment near Darlingford MB, travels down the escarpment and then meanders in natural and man made waterways eastward to the Red River through some of the most productive agricultural soils in the province. Participants in this process are anticipated to be all the municipalities that share this resource and all other stakeholders that live, work, play or otherwise have a responsibility towards land and water system.
